I had a great time overall at this hotel, especially enjoying the stunning sunset views from the rooftop bar and the wonderful beach access. The rooms were clean and featured great amenities, but I did experience some issues with the room assignment, which affected my stay negatively. Dining was a highlight, but a couple of minor service hiccups kept it from being perfect.

While we enjoyed the beautiful beach and had a nice dining experience with fantastic sunset views, we faced significant issues with room maintenance and service. The hotel staff attempted to help but the lack of follow-through on resolving our room issues was disappointing. Overall, it has potential, but the experience didn't quite meet expectations.

I recently stayed at the Grand Plaza for a wedding weekend and had mixed feelings about my experience. While I loved the vibrant beach atmosphere and proximity to Bongos bar, the service left much to be desired, especially regarding housekeeping and some advertised amenities that were not available. The price I paid did not quite align with the quality of service I received, making it hard to recommend this hotel for a return visit.
